All releases from Skull Disco | Appleblim - Co-runs Skull
Disco. Appleblim’s bass line
fury has been unleashed on
many a dancefloor, including
the legendary Forward club,
where he plays regularly, with
devastating results.
Appleblim's productions
meanwhile get deeper and more
developed as he goes along,
with his latest release on
Skull Disco, Vansan, winning
plaudits right across the
board and being sure to cement
his reputation as a top drawer
producer as well as dj.
Roger - Creator of this
website and proprietor of
TechnicalBloke.com Roger
Heathcote helps oil the cogs
of Skull Disco. Compiling
artwork, fixing e-mail,
troubleshooting Sam's Ableton
glitches are all in a days
work for Stoke Newington's
favourite technical handyman.
Oh and did we mention, his
rates are very reasonable too!
Shackleton - Co-runs Skull
Disco. Shackleton's maverick
take on big basslines and
complex beats doesn't fit into
easy categories and that's how
it's going to stay. Shackleton
has been carving out his own
brand of eclecticism on Skull
Disco releases so far with
intricate, snaking percussion,
hypnotic melodies, seriously
deep bass lines and dubwise
sensibilities.
Tad - Long term supporter of
Skull Disco, advisor and
general man who can, Tad has
more fingers in pies than
Desperate Dan. From lighting
to projections, promotion to
djing, supplying heavyweight
bass rigs and studio space,
when you hear Skull Disco are
up to anything, you know that
Tad will be involved somewhere
along the line.
Zeke - What can be said about
this man's artwork? Anyone
who's ever seen a Skull Disco
release will know that Zeke's
artwork is out on its own both
in terms of style and quality.
Psychedelic mutations through
to skulls and bones, Zeke's
the man with the fertile
imagination and the skills to
match. Involved with designing
for Warp records and producing
his own Shoogooble comic art
books, Zeke is a hugely
underated talent who will
surely be due for recognition
very soon.Check out his
